Competition "Park Central Sydney"

In 2002, Stanisic Associates - architecture+urbanism was invited by the Sydney City Council together with four other architecture firms to propose a design for a new apartment block in Sydney`s CBD. The interesting and busy site is located on the corner of Pitt and Hay Street near Belmore Park and Sydney Central Station. In 2003 Stanisic Associates won the competition.
In July 2003 the firm won the Wilkinson Award for the design of their Mondrian apartments in Waterloo, which is given for the most outstanding residential project of the year.
