elektrostadl

In April 2001 my friend Tino and I decided to realise a project which we had already planned since a long time. We had the idea to combine acoustic and electronic sounds. In doing so acoustic drums and the electronic synthesizer play the dominant parts in our sound. Three months later the project was enriched by the spherical and characteristical way in which Zara plays his guitar. As a half Texan he supports the way in which we create our music also with his funny comments. Since then our sound became more diversified. The fourth in our "electronic stable" was Daniel. Actually he is a studied guitar player, but he wants to extend his horizon by playing the bass. With the minimalistic kind of playing his instrument he provides the foundation for our sound which we were looking for.
Meanwhile Tino learned to use the advantage of the sampler, which carries our sound to interesting spheres. The sound of elektrostadl moves between atmospherical and impulsive levels in the wide spectrum of electronic music.
